Rooted Church affirms that God appoints His people to tell and teach
the next generation to know, honor and obey God, to set their hope in Him,
and to be committed to tell and teach His truth to their own children.
Psalm 78:1-7
“Give ear, O my people, to my teaching; incline your ears to the words of my mouth! I will open my mouth in a parable; I will utter dark sayings from of old, things that we have heard and known, that our fathers have told us. We will not hide them from their children, but tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might, and the wonders that he has done. He established a testimony in Jacob and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers to teach to their children, that the next generation might know them, the children yet unborn, and arise and tell them to their children, so that they should set their hope in God and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments;”

Disciple-making and shepherding to the children takes different forms depending on their age:

10:00am - Childcare - Rooted Volunteers
For the 10:00am Equip Class, we kindly ask parents to check in their kid(s) by 9:50am. Newborns to age 9 are warmly welcomed in our Nursery Room, with soft floor tiles for safe play. Our Rooted volunteers will provide childcare and programming.
11:00am - Childcare - Reedy Creek & Occasional Rooted Volunteers
For the 11:00am Worship Service, children (3-9 years) will be dismissed after the music set to the room near the kitchen/bathrooms. Our dedicated Reedy Creek volunteers, occasionally assisted by the Rooted team, will provide childcare and programming.
Live Stream in Nursery Room
Should a parent wish to take their child (0-3 years) out of the 11:00am worship service, the Nursery Room play area is available with a live stream of the service via Smart TV. Please remember, parents are responsible for supervising their children in this space.

Rooted Church affirms and recognizes that you are the primary authority and teacher of the child(ren) that God has blessed you with according to scripture (Deuteronomy 6:4-9; Ephesians 6:1-4).
With this mindset, Rooted Church leaders are committed to equip, disciple, and support parents in child raising (Ephesians 4:11-14).
