so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

Ephesians 3:17-19

Mission + Vision:

Bloom: Rooted Women encourages, disciples, and equips all women to be rooted in the Gospel to reflect God’s glory.

Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.

Titus 2:3-5

Why Join Bloom:

As we grow and become rooted in the Gospel, we will be nourished and bear spiritual fruit; Blooming. We do this in community with our fellow sisters in Christ for the edification of every woman. Whether you are just starting your relationship with Jesus Christ or you are more seasoned in your walk with Him, you play an important and unique part and you are welcome!

When + Where:

Bloom will meet monthly from 1:00-2:45 PM at the Pure Life Theater following the Sunday worship service on the following dates:

9/19/21, 10/17/21, 11/21/21, 12/12/21, 1/16/22, 2/20/22, 3/20/22, 4/24/22, and 5/22/22.

Each meeting will consist of a time of teaching, small group discussion, and prayer.

This ministry year we will be studying through a book titled, “In His Image: 10 Ways God Calls Us to Reflect His Character” by Jen Wilkin.

Book Description:

Sometimes we ask ‘What is God’s will for my life?’ when we should really be asking ‘Who should I be?’ The Bible has an answer: Be like the very image of God.

By exploring ten characteristics of who God is―holy, loving, just, good, merciful, gracious, faithful, patient, truthful, and wise―this book helps us understand who God intends for us to be.”

The cost of the book is $5.00 and can be paid for when you click below to sign up through One Church.
